But, given the required time, Ivy Clothier's original recipe is enhanced to produce a Cheddar which merits the utmost respect. They say that 'the proof is in the pudding'. And in respect of our Grandmother's lifelong love-affair with the environment, this distinctive Cheddar carrying her name comes in packaging made from recyclable material.
