Your order will be despatched within 2 working days (Royal Mail First Class - Monday to Thursday).


Product prices on our site are inclusive of postage and packing charges.
 
Delivery timescales:
We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible.
If the product is in stock, it will usually be despatched within 2 days (Royal Mail First Class - Monday to Thursday). Despatch estimates are four working days and deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery of the product(s).

However there may be delays in despatching your item during peak seasons such as Christmas and we ask for your understanding as we will always try to send your order as quickly as possible.

Christmas & New Year delivery:
Our last orders for Christmas delivery will be sent out on 20th December in order to reach you by Christmas.  We will not be taking any orders  between Christmas & New Year and will reopen on 4th January.

Delivery instructions
If you have a special request or alternative postage method at your address, to make sure your package reaches you, you have the option to 'add special instruction to merchant' when you review your payment in PayPal™.
 
Returns:
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods.
